Coaching is a client-centered approach wherein clients decide their goals, engage in self-discovery and active learning processes. The coach's role is one of an accountability partner in navigating behavioral change and exploring opportunities for growth and development. Personalized tools and techniques are used to assess and guide goal setting for optimal wellbeing. Informed by any treatment plans prescribed by the client’s professional healthcare team, the coach's training and experience will support the client's self-directed goals consistent with their vision.
In addition to her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Bachelors in Healthcare leadership, Erica is proudly certified by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches, https://nbhwc.org. It is the highest regarded and most thorough training program for Integrative Health and Wellness. Her expansive experience in the medical, health, and wellness fields will provide optimal holistic support toward client success.

1) 15-30 minute: Intake/Stage Setting
(1) 60-minute: Assessment/Visioning/Focus/Goal Setting - This session can also be done in (2) 30-minute sessions,
(5) 30-minute: Follow-up Sessions - These take place over a three month period and focus on achievements and desired change. In-Person, Phone, or Zoom platforms available.
